The Fabric
The Neren Towel is made from a considered two-layer fabric system Selke™. The outer layer is made with a soft, water-transfer-proof finish, crafted to keep sand and moisture where they belong. The inner layer is a super-soft suede microfibre designed to feel gentle against the skin and draw moisture away without the weight or bulk of a terry towel. Every towel is UPF 50+ rated, machine washable, and made to wear beautifully for years.

Frequently asked questions
Will it really keep my car seats dry?
Yes. The outer fabric is water-transfer proof in both directions, so even when your swimmers are wet underneath, nothing comes through. We've tested it on car seats, fabric chairs, and our own laps with wet babies on them.
Is it really sand-free?
The water transfer-proof outer means sand brushes off easily rather than clinging. It's the closest you'll get to a true sand-free towel.
Can I lie on it for a beach day?
Yes. The fabric is soft against your skin and large enough to use as a beach throw.
How does it compare to a regular towel?
Terry towels were designed for the bathroom, Neren towels are designed for the beach. The Neren towel is lighter, folds smaller, and won't transfer water if you wear it when wet.
