Free standard shipping on orders over $150. Standard shipping: $15 flat rate Australia-wide.

Express shipping: $20, available at checkout.

Most orders are picked, packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. During launch periods, public holidays, or sale events, this may extend to 3 business days. We'll always email you the moment your order ships.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within:

• Express: 1 to 3 business days (metro and regional)
• Standard metro: 3 to 6 business days
• Standard regional: 3 to 8 business days

These timeframes are a guide from Australia Post and may occasionally vary. We'll send you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Some Neren pieces are sold via pre-order, especially limited patterns and our signature dress during launch.

Pre-order timing is shown clearly on each product page. You'll be charged at the time of order, and your piece will ship as soon as stock lands. We'll email you the moment it does.

If anything changes with the pre-order timeline, we'll let you know straight away. No surprises, no silence.

You'll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update once you receive the link.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of being shipped, please reach out at hello@neren.com.au and we'll help track it down. We don't offer insured shipping, but we're committed to helping you locate your parcel and resolve any issues.

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must remain attached
• Items must not show signs of wear, damage or use
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.

To start a return, login to your account here. Simply enter the email address you used at checkout and we'll send you a verification code. You can then submit a refund request and once approved, we will email you instructions on how to complete your return.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. You are required to pay for the return shipping. 

Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

As a small, newly launched brand, we're not able to offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please request a refund and place a new order. To fast track this process, we recommend placing a new order for the size/style you need as soon as possible to secure the piece and avoid the disappointment of missing out. You can then submit a refund return request for your initial purchase.

Items marked as Final Sale, including limited edition patterns and gift cards, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@neren.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and resolve it for you straight away, whether that's a replacement or full refund. Your choice.
